We started with one idea: give Pakistani players a platform they can actually trust — fast PKR payouts, great games, and support that speaks their language. That's still what drives everything we do at 89atm.
89atm was built by a team that understood a straightforward problem: online gaming platforms available to Pakistani players were almost universally designed for someone else. The payment methods were wrong, the currency display was confusing, the sports coverage ignored cricket, and the customer support took forever to respond in a way that actually made sense. So rather than trying to adapt something generic, the people behind 89atm decided to start from the Pakistani player's perspective and work outward.
The name itself reflects a philosophy — accessible, immediate, and always moving. Whether you're depositing PKR 200 from a JazzCash wallet on your way home from work or sitting down for a proper live casino session on the weekend, the experience at 89atm is meant to fit around your life rather than ask you to change how you bank or how you follow sport. That sounds simple but it took significant work to get right, and we're still refining it based on how our players actually use the platform.
The team behind 89atm brings together experience from gaming technology, product design, and customer operations. There are people on the team who have been working in online gaming for well over a decade, and others who came specifically to solve the Pakistan-specific challenges around payments, mobile performance, and content curation. The blend of technical depth and local knowledge is what allows 89atm to serve its users better than a generic international platform could.
Cricket is at the heart of what we do on the sports side, and that's not a marketing decision — it's a genuine reflection of what the team cares about and what our players engage with most. PSL season at 89atm is something the whole platform gears up for. The betting markets expand significantly, the promotions are tied to specific match milestones, and the live casino section often runs concurrent events so players who prefer table games still have something to look forward to during the biggest cricket weeks of the year. International T20 cricket, Test series, and major bilateral series all get proper attention throughout the calendar.
On the casino side, the game selection at 89atm has grown considerably from its original lineup. The library now sits at over 500 titles from providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, and Microgaming, covering everything from three-reel classics to elaborate video slots, live dealer tables running around the clock, and progressive jackpot games with prize pools that update in real time. New titles are added every month as providers release them, and the lobby is organised to make finding what you want genuinely easy rather than a chore.
Payments are arguably the most important functional element of any online gaming platform, and it's an area where 89atm has invested heavily. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and cards all process cleanly in PKR with no hidden conversion charges. Withdrawals follow the same routes and the processing times we advertise are the ones players actually experience — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically clear within a few hours, and bank transfers within one to two business days. No instalment arrangements on jackpot wins, no invented excuses for delays.
Six things that define the platform and the experience we work hard to deliver
Everything at 89atm runs in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, withdrawals, game stakes, jackpot wins — there's no currency conversion, no hidden fees, and no confusion about what things actually cost. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and cards are all supported with the processing times clearly advertised and consistently delivered.
PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, domestic cricket — our betting markets reflect what Pakistani fans actually follow. During PSL season the platform runs dedicated promotions, expanded markets, and special offers tied to match events. We don't treat cricket as an afterthought bolted onto a football-first sportsbook.
The majority of 89atm players access the platform from a smartphone, and the entire experience is built around that reality. Every game in the lobby works in a mobile browser without needing an app download. Page load times are optimised for Pakistani mobile networks, and the interface scales cleanly from 320px screens upward.
The live casino section at 89atm runs 24 hours a day, every day. Evolution-powered tables cover Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Craps, Casino Hold'em, and a selection of game show titles. Stakes range from accessible entry-level amounts all the way up to VIP tables for players who prefer a different scale.
The 89atm support team is available around the clock via live chat. Response times are kept short and the team is trained to resolve payment questions, bonus queries, and account issues rather than just escalating everything. Most common questions are answered within a few minutes during peak hours, and the FAQ covers the majority of day-to-day situations.
89atm is built for adults who want to enjoy gaming as entertainment. The platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options directly within account settings. These tools are available to all registered players at any time. We actively encourage their use and there's no penalty or friction for setting limits on your own account.
These aren't posters on a wall — they're the actual principles the team debates and refers back to when making product and policy decisions at 89atm.
Transparency matters more to us than it might seem from the outside. Lots of online platforms make promises in their marketing that quietly unravel when you try to actually withdraw your money or get help with an account problem. We've tried to build 89atm differently — where the advertised withdrawal speed is the real withdrawal speed, where bonus terms are written to be read rather than to hide conditions, and where the support team is trained to solve problems rather than to deflect them.
Part of being built for Pakistan is understanding the context our players are operating in. Mobile connectivity isn't always fast and stable across the country. Not every player has access to the same payment infrastructure. The platform has to be forgiving of connection drops mid-session, load efficiently on mid-range Android phones, and support the payment methods people actually have — not just the ones that are easiest for us to integrate. We've invested in all of those areas specifically because the alternative is a technically impressive platform that half our players can't use properly.
On the game side, the selection at 89atm is curated rather than simply the largest number we can achieve. Provider relationships are chosen on the basis of game quality, fair RTP figures, reliable software, and mobile performance — not just on which providers will offer the most games for the lowest licensing cost. Players who care about game quality and fair returns are the ones who stay on a platform long term, and that's the audience we're building for.
The responsible gaming side of 89atm is something we take genuinely seriously. Entertainment is the right context for gaming — when it stops being fun and starts causing stress or financial strain, that's a problem the platform should help address rather than ignore. The tools to manage your session are built into the platform and we'd rather a player use them and come back tomorrow in good shape than ignore them today.
For account support, payment queries, or general feedback, our team is available 24/7 via live chat inside the platform. You can also reach us by email — we aim to respond to all messages within a few hours.
